Our wheat has been lab-tested for it’s excellent bread-making qualities and protein content. Our wheat is ideal for bread-making flour, or course ground for cereal, or sprouted to add to salads. It can also be grown indoors for grass that can be juiced.  Wheat provides a high fiber, nutrient dense basic carbohydrate. Try sprouting… sprouting improves the nutrient profile resulting in significantly higher protein, vitamins and enzymes.
