Although we measure products sold and solutions structured for clients, these considerations are secondary to relationships we enjoy with our farmers, suppliers, and customers. Building strong relationships is the key indicator of our success. We believe in relationships where fair value is received by both parties; we believe in delivering winning-solutions that help our customers succeed; and we believe that today’s transaction is secondary to our long-term dealings. Each day, we evaluate our effectiveness by the degree to which we deepened and strengthened a relationship.
